Features
1.Shaftless unwinding stand: adopts 3-12inch shaftless unwinding stand, EPC auto edge tracking system
2. Auto tension control system: preset the paper tension as per different paper to keep the trim edge and smooth on rewinding surface.
3.Hydraulic drive stand and slitting unit: The slitting unit is fixed in hydraulic wing stand, the stand can lift automatically with the growing rewinding diameter to keep the constant space between slitting unit and rewining paper,to prevent the paper runing tolerance and ensure the trimed rewinding paper roll. There is 5mm space between bottom slitting knife and top slitting knife is adjustable.
4. Rewinding unit: center rewinding, rewinding diameter adopts 2 size of air shaft with 3 inch or 6 inch diameter. 3 phrase motor asynchronism motor, frequence conversion regulate the speed.
5.Hydraulic discharge stand and hydraulic system: The discharge stand is controled by hydraulic system. the arm is adjustable up and down to discharge paper roll conveniently. The imported hydraulic parts ensure the stability of hydraulic system driving.
