The M.G. paper machine GYS 97 has been specifically designed to produce Tissue Papers from virgin fibers or from selected waste papers according to prescribed standards, utilizing the advanced system of wire and felt on forming roll.
The paper machine framing is of stainless steel parts largely dimensioned for high working stability.
The hydralulic headbox, manufactured in special stainless steel is completely adjustable.
The paper machine wire and felt rolls are covered with hard rubber, dimensioned for the high working speed, dinamically balanced to assure high production and runnability.
The wire, felt and machine rolls are conditioned by high quality showers, high ressure showers operated electromechanically via PLC.The felt conditioning system is executed by suction tubes of stainless steel manually adjustable as per working request.
The dryer section includes the press section with big diameter suction roll designed for high working pressure.
The dryer M.G. cylinder suitable for the paper machine could be of 3600 mm or 4600 mm, special alloy cast iron turned on the inside, shell wall inside ribbed.The (3) oscillating blade holder system are designed to satisfy the best paper quality in combination of M.G. surface chemical treatment.
The steam supply and condensate evacuation devices are operated by programmable control system to ensure easy and safe operations.
The dryer part is complete of cylinder drying hood operated with methane to increase the water evaporation, complete of automatic instrumentation.
The peripherical pope reeler is equipped with automatic reel spool loader suitable for the empty reel spools.
The rigid paper machine frames allows easy wire and felt change, very good visibility, easy maintenance and cleaning possibility.
The paper machine is equipped with ladders, walkways and guards to ensure easy and safe operations.
